How long does an ERP implementation take?
It depends on the number of locations, modules and records to move. A timeline is agreed with you at the blueprint and kick-off stage.
What is UAT?
User acceptance testing: your staff test the new system with real data before go-live, so problems are found before the switch-over.
What is hypercare?
A period straight after go-live when your team gets close, on-call help from the implementation team to handle questions and keep the first weeks smooth.
Will our existing data be moved across?
Yes. Data from Tally, spreadsheets or your old software is migrated and checked. See data migration.
Do you customise the software?
